Living Water Praise Band Receives Award for Best Classic Rock Group

The Living Water Praise Band receives the Best Classic Rock Group award at the 10th Annual KCCM Awards. The King Cat Music Awards were held on Saturday, May 22nd, 2010 at the Bell Cultural Arts Center in Olathe.

The group was also honored by receiving additional nominations in the categories of Best Live Performance, lead singer and guitarist, Kyle Bardwell for Worship Pastor, and songwriter and keyboardist, Craig Reeves for the Best Artist of the Year.

“We are thankful that our music has a positive effect that gives encouragement and is uplifting,” said Louie Garcia, drummer and founder of the group. The Living Water Praise Band can be seen at music festivals, coffee houses and local churches. They deliver a musical message of hope to the community, and reaches out to others by collecting and distributing items to a local ministry that assists homeless individuals and families.

The KCCM Awards recognizes the devotion and musical talent of Christian artists during the concert and awards ceremony.
